The Yoga Therapy Journey:

  1. Discovery Session – is a no-obligation phone conversation to see if Marta is the right match for you. (15 min. Free)

  2. Plan the Journey – During this meeting, Marta will hear your story, explain the process, and together you set the goals for your Journey (90 min. $100)

  3. Yoga Therapy Sessions - are like pit stops on your Journey. You meet with Marta weekly or bi-weekly to learn practices and techniques that best match your needs, fine-tune your current practices, and track your progress on your way to better health. (60 min. $100/ single session or choose a package below) 

  4. Between the sessions, you apply the techniques and practices that you learn during Yoga Therapy sessions. You will receive recordings and detailed guidelines that are aligned with your schedule and lifestyle. Working with Marta will empower you and give you more agency over your health. 

  5. It's Your Journey, and you choose the road you want to travel. Marta will be your guide.

Yoga Therapist & Health Coach 

Marta is passionate about the body and mind connection and the way they affect each other. Through her own wellness journey, she learned that restoring the natural balance can improve health and overall wellbeing.

Even before she was a yoga therapist and a health coach, Marta was a go-to person among her friends and family for all "natural and healthy stuff."

By the first-hand experience of serious health problems and learning how to manage them with Yoga, Mindfulness, and a Healthy Lifestyle, she understands her clients and meets them where they are with compassion. Then, she gently guides them on a journey to becoming happier and healthier versions of themselves. Being a natural cheerleader, she firmly believes in small, sustainable steps, setting realistic goals, and celebrating small successes.

Her extensive yoga therapy and health coaching training, and trauma-sensitive approach make her a perfect fit for those who need to alleviate physical and mental suffering and reach their wellness goals.
