Plan the Journey – During this meeting, Marta will hear your story and explain the process. Then, together you will set the goals and the plan for your Yoga Therapy Journey. This session takes between 60-90 minutes, but you pay only for 60 minutes.
Yoga Therapy Sessions - are like pit stops on your Yoga Therapy Journey. You will meet with Marta weekly or every other week for a one-hour session to learn techniques that best match your needs, fine-tune your current practices, and track your progress on your way to better health.
Between the sessions, you apply the techniques and practices that you learn during Yoga Therapy sessions. You will receive recordings and detailed guidelines that fit your schedule and lifestyle. Working with Marta will empower you and give you more agency over your health.
