In Yoga Therapy sessions, most of the time, Marta works with her clients in a private setting.

As a Yoga Therapist, she incorporates a wide range of yogic techniques like breathing and movement, meditation, and philosophy to teach the client how they can help themselves feel better.

Matra Gil offers Private Yoga Therapy in person or through Zoom.

Depending on the condition or wellness goals, your practice may include:

  • Mindfulness and meditation methods indicated for your needs 

  • Guided relaxations

  • Breathing techniques

  • Dietary and lifestyle recommendations supported with practical strategies to implement them

The Yoga Therapy Journey:

  1. Discovery Session – is a no-obligation phone conversation to see if Marta is the right fit for you. (15 min. Free)

  2. Plan the Journey – During this meeting, Marta will hear your story, explain the process, and together you set the goals for your Journey. The session takes between 60-90 minutes, but you pay only for 60 min.

  3. Yoga Therapy Sessions - are like pit stops on your Journey. You meet with Marta weekly or every other week for one-hour session to learn practices and techniques that best match your needs, fine-tune your current practices, and track your progress on your way to better health.  

  4. Between the sessions, you apply the techniques and practices that you learn during Yoga Therapy sessions. You will receive recordings and detailed guidelines that fit your schedule and lifestyle. Working with Marta will empower you and give you more agency over your health. 

  5. It's your Journey, and you choose the road you want to travel. Marta will be your guide.
