Marta Shedletsky combines her health coaching and yoga therapy skills to offer wellness sessions for groups that share a condition or a situation.
She is available for yoga and wellness retreats and can bring customized programs to workplaces, organizations, schools, and health facilities.

Marta's programs at Health Facilities are trauma- and contraindication-sensitive. They may include an appropriate yoga movement, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, meditation, lifestyle, and dietary components.

All these group sessions are available in person (within a reasonable distance from Yorktown Heights, NY) or Zoom.
Marta's fee starts at $250/ hour for a single event, and a travel fee may apply.
