Marta Shedletsky combines her health coaching and yoga therapy skills to offer wellness sessions for groups that share a condition or a situation. 

She is available for yoga and wellness retreats and can bring customized programs to workplaces, organizations, schools, and health facilities. 


For the Workplace, the most popular programs are:


  • Stress Reduction & Burnout Prevention

  • General Yoga classes

  • Meditation sessions 

  • Meditation courses 

  • Office Yoga 

Marta is also available for team-building retreats and personal development days. 


Marta's programs at Health Facilities are trauma- and contraindication-sensitive. They may include an appropriate yoga movement, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, meditation, lifestyle, and dietary components.

Some of the yoga therapy programs that Marta offers for health facilities are: 


  • Joyful Aging (fall prevention, osteoporosis prevention and reversal, Alzheimer's and dementia prevention, strength, mobility, and balance improvement), 

  • Yoga vs. Osteoporosis - prevention and reversal of osteopenia and osteoporosis 

  • Yoga for Cardiovascular Health (prevention and post-rehabilitation)

  • Yoga for Anxiety/ Depression 

  • Yoga Therapy for Cancer (practices that help with the side effects of chemo treatment, decrease anxiety, increase energy, improve mood, and post-rehab yoga postures to restore range of motion )

  • Yoga for Healthy Backs

  • Yoga for Insomnia

  • Yoga for Autoimmune Conditions (practices to help with the symptoms of autoimmune conditions and to decrease flare-ups)

Marta can design yoga therapy group sessions for other conditions and situations. 


All these group sessions are available in person (within a reasonable distance from Yorktown Heights, NY) or Zoom. 

Marta's fee starts at $250/ hour for a single event, and a travel fee may apply.
